The findings of Flood Studies and Floodplain Risk Management Studies and Plans including flood extent and flood risk maps are now available for the Shoalhaven’s major catchments and are imbedded in Council’s Local Environment Plan (LEP) and Flood Development Control Plan (DCP), thereby ensuring appropriate consideration of the flood risk for new developments in the Shoalhaven.
