Disclosure log
The disclosure log is a record containing details of information already released by Council following formal application under the GIPA Act.

The disclosure log is part of the open access information that Council must make publicly available and it provides a means whereby people can access information that has previously been released to other applicants and which Council considers may be of interest to other members of the public.

The disclosure log does not generally include information on applications for personal information regarding the applicant or other information where factors involving the applicant were a consideration in whether or not the disclosure of information was in the public interest.

Details are entered in the log when the access application has been decided, and any review time limits have expired.
