Please ensure all your Bank Account details are up to date and accurate when completing a direct debit agreement application. Payment options for direct debit of your rates and debtor accounts differ to that of your water account.
Please note a separate direct debit agreement form is required for your water account. (see link above)
Direct Debits for Debtor accounts will only occur on the invoice due date and will be for the whole amount due at that time. Direct Debits for Rate accounts can be weekly, fornightly, 4 weekly (debited on Thursdays) for a specified amount, or on the instalment due date for the full amount due.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount to be paid.
