The Community Worker – Generalist is involved in a number of projects that look at the different needs and issues of the general community or particular groups in our Community and in developing strategies to meet these needs. The purpose of these groups is to share information, discuss issues of concern and where possible, develop strategies or programs to meet the Community’s needs.

Bomaderry- Have Your Say research project
The Bomaderry – Have Your Say research project saw Shoalhaven City Council work in partnership with Bomaderry community groups and businesses to identify the strengths, concerns and opportunities of the community. The findings of the research project are presented in the Bomaderry – Have Your Say research report
