The dedicated Events Manager can provide you with the following:
- information on the sports grounds and facilities within the area
- liaise with the local sporting association, other Council departments, business owners, accommodation providers and stakeholders to help make your next event a successful one and easier for you to coordinate
- organise accommodation bookings for your competitors, families, officials and spectators
- organise catering
- organise touring packages so when your delegates are here they can make the most of what we have to offer
- help gain sponsorship
- marketing your event
