2012 Shoalhaven Building Design Awards are now open and Council is calling for entries.

The awards have become popular with Shoalhaven's building, design and construction industry and promote design excellence within our community.

This year the awards will include the following categories -

Individual house to $400,000 project cost
Individual house above $400,000 project cost
Alterations & Additions to $250,000 project cost
Alterations & Additions above $250,000 project cost
Medium Denisty (including Dual Occupancy)
Heritage Concervation
Best practice in Building Sustainability
Commercial/Industrial
Tourist Development
Subdivision Design
Excellent access to Business Premises
