We are committed to engaging with our community in a meaningful way to support decision making, plan for projects, and to strengthen our communities.

Each year Council works in partnership with the NSW Government and various funding organisations to support the design, implementation and completion of projects that enhance the lives of residents of the Shoalhaven as well as the preservation and conservation of our heritage.

Thrive Together

As the impact of housing shortages and increasing costs continues to compound in the Shoalhaven, Council has launched an initiative to support community services help those in need.

Beach wheelchairs

Shoalhaven City Council has beach wheelchairs available free of charge for beaches across the Shoalhaven. The beach wheelchairs will provide and improve access to the beach for children and young people living with disability.
