About the project

Shoalhaven Water, as part of their asset management practices, has decided to upgrade and replace the sewer rising main, gravity main, and pump station in Montague Street, McNamara Street, and Berry Street Vincentia.

Detailed designs have been completed for the upgrades to the rising main and gravity main at Sewer Pumping Station (SPS) 7 on Montague Street.

These upgrades are necessary to handle increased wastewater flows, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of wastewater overflows into the environment. A Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report was publicly exhibited in November 2023.
