Obtaining property owner information

Council's Privacy Management Plan states private ownership details are not provided for any purpose. In compliance with privacy laws, we do not release individual ownership details.

Council is unable to supply contact details of adjoining owners, we can however forward correspondence with your contact details to the owner of the neighbouring property on your behalf with your consent for an application fee of $30.00 that will be invoiced following the submission of your request. If you would like to initiate contact with a property owner, fill out a request to speak to a neighbouring property owner and we will pass on your contact details to the relevant property owner.

Please note that it is up to the property owner if they wish to respond to your correspondence or not, and we are unable to assist if they don't.
