Financial statements

Public notice – Presentation of financial statements

as per Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act.

 

Shoalhaven City Council advises that the ordinary Council meeting to be held on 26 November 2024 will include the presentation of the audited Financial Statements and Independent Auditor's Reports for the year ended 30 June 2024.

In accordance with Section 420 of the Local Government Act 1993, any person may make a written submission to Council with respect to the Council's audited Financial Statements and/or the Independent Auditor's Reports.

Copies of the audited Financial Statements and the Auditor's Reports may be inspected at the following locations and can also be viewed on Council's website at https://shoalhaven.nsw.gov.au.

Nowra City Administration Centre – Bridge Road, Nowra between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Ulladulla Branch Office
– Deering Street, Ulladulla between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday.
Nowra and Ulladulla Libraries
– During regular library operating hours.
