Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park
Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park (previously known as Berry District Park) is a popular recreational space for local residents and visitors.
The park has been designed and delivered by Shoalhaven City Council with extensive input from the community. The Rotary Club of Berry were key stakeholders throughout this process and provided support in securing State Government funding for elements of the project.
Current completed developments consist of a playground (including an early childhood space, youth zone and exercise zone), parking spaces, public amenities with a lift and change facility, a learn-to-ride track, pump track, illuminated skate park, netball courts, and cricket nets.
Future stages of development include additional parking spaces for visitors, upgrades to sporting fields, a reconciliation garden, and a dog off-leash exercise area.
