Natural Christmas trees are considered garden waste. Find out your garden waste disposal options here.

Plastic trees dispose of at Council’s recycling and waste depots.

Will it cost anything to get rid of?

Yes. Disposal costs will apply.

What happens to it after we receive it?

  • Garden (green) waste will be shredded and recycled into our 'free mulch'.
  • Plastic trees are sent to landfill.
