Tear off the clean lid of the pizza box.

How/where to dispose of it

The box lid if free of oil and food can be recycled via the yellow lid bin.

The base of the box that is contaminated with food and oil can

  • go into your compost
  • alternatively be disposed of into your red lid bin

Will it cost anything to get rid of?

 No.

What happens to it after we receive it?

Cardboard is sent to VISY. Australia's largest cardboard recycler and manufacturer.

The contents of the red lid bin go directly to landfill.
