Report a missing or stolen bin

Stolen bins will be replaced free of charge.

Steps to report

Before you start

Step 1.Check the surrounding area

If your bin is missing or has been stolen, it is important to check surrounding streets and properties as soon as possible to see if the bin has been relocated. If you are unable to find the bin, continue to the next steps.

Step 2.Complete a statutory declaration

If you can't find your bin, you will need to complete a statutory declaration to formally declare to Veoila (our contractor) that you have no knowledge of the current whereabouts of your bin.
