Report bin not collected/emptied

If your bin has been missed on collection day, or wasn't fully emptied, you can report the issue to us through this form.

Steps to report

Before you start

Step 1.Check that it is the correct collection day

You can see the collection day details for your address on the bin collection day page.

Step 2.Check that the right bin is out on the right week

In the case of fortnightly collections, your bins may be collected on a different week. Click here to see recycling weeks by area.

Step 3.Check that you have placed the correct materials in your bin

Bins with the wrong waste materials in them won't be collected.

Step 4.Check that your bin weighs less than 70kg

If you cannot lift the front of the bin and move it with one hand, then it is too heavy for our operators to lift safely.

If you have checked all of the above and your bin still meets the criteria for a missed service, please follow the next steps to report the missed service.

Step 1.You will receive a confirmation email about your request

Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see an email in your inbox.

Step 2.We will action your request

If there was no reason preventing the bin's collection, we will send someone out to collect the bin.
