Community safety and wellbeing is a whole community responsibility
Everyone has a role to play in creating safe communities.
Shoalhaven City Council is committed to working closely with residents, visitors, community, Police, industry, business and other interested parties to build strong and safe communities.
Below are some initiatives Council is working on to achieve this:
Community Pride Committees
Community Pride Committees work towards developing local pride in communities. There is an active Community Pride Committee at Sanctuary Point. Community Pride Committees bring together community members who are working together on building on the strengths and posiitve attributes of the local community.
