Schools are required to email firstname.lastname@example.org with the date, time, oval and field required.
Ground allocation forms / conditions of hire
Signed hard copies must be forwarded to Council by the due date as outlined below.
Timetable for seasonal allocations:
- Winter season - applications sent out December - required by end of February
- Summer season - applications sent out July - required by end of August
Wet weather arrangements
- Refer to Council's Sportsgrounds Closure Policy (pdf 105 kb)
- Under this policy, Council allows sports clubs to determine whether their ground is in a fit condition for play. If you require information regarding a specific ground please contact your club ground inspector or delegated club official.
