Shoalhaven City Council would like to advise residents that the Ulladulla Recovery Centre will transition services to telephone, from Monday 30 March.
The current health crisis has impacted the number of services able to attend the Ulladulla Recovery Centre. Services in attendance until close of business on Saturday, 28 March will be NSW Health and Council.
Service NSW plan to be at the Recovery Centre on Saturday 28 March only. However, this may change due to staff availability during the COVID-19 crisis. Service NSW support is also available at 7/159-161 Princes Highway, Ulladulla.
The Recovery Centre has been deemed an essential gathering by the Federal Government, however, due to decreased service attendance and for the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff, it has been decided to transition to telephone services.
Kangaroo Valley’s Recovery Hub will also close as of Friday 27 March, with many of the Kangaroo Valley community already turning to telephone support.
As of Monday 30 March, those requiring bushfire recovery support should call Council's dedicated recovery line on 02 4429 5888.
In the meantime, you can call Service NSW for registration and support on 13 77 88. You can also call Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District Bushfire and Covid-19 Mental Health Line - 02 4424 7888.
