Community Consultative Bodies Policy Review - Consultation Extended
Published on 03 March 2023
Community consultation is an important part of decision making and Council employs a variety of methods to actively engage our communities. One way we consult with the community is through a two-way communication process with organisations recognised by Council as CCBs.
The CCBs are community groups that are formally recognised as being responsible for representing the residents and ratepayers of a given area. The operation of CCBs is governed by the now-called Community Consultative Bodies Policy.
Council is now reviewing the policy, so they are relevant and effective and reflect the current operating environment.
Please provide your feedback by 5pm Monday 3 April 2023.
