Council Services over Christmas and New Year

Council's administrative offices at Nowra and Ulladulla will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period, from Thursday 24 December 2020 to Sunday 3 January 2021 inclusive. 
 
Council offices will reopen for business at 8.30am on Monday 4 January 2021. 

During the Christmas closure, residents and visitors can call the after-hours helpline on 4429 3111 for general Council assistance or browse our website for answers to common queries.

• Shoalhaven Swim Sport and Fitness website - opening hours at each facility

• Shoalhaven Libraries - altered hours information 

• Shoalhaven Entertainment Centre – Closed for renovations. Encore Café which is currently operating out of Nowra Administration Building, will be closed 23 December 2020 - 3 January 2021 inclusive. 

• Shoalhaven Regional Gallery – Open Tuesday to Friday 10am - 4pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm. Closed Sunday, Monday, Public Holidays. 

• Waste and Recycling Depots – please visit the waste and recycling page prior to travel for the latest open hours for each Depot. Weekly kerbside recycling bin collection will commence from 21 December until the end of January. 

• Shoalhaven Visitor Information Services – Nowra and Ulladulla Visitor Information Services will be closed 25-26 December inclusive and public holidays. Please see google listings for the latest hours over the holiday period. For enquiries, call the Visitor Information team on (02) 4421 0778 for assistance or visit them in their temporary location at the Nowra Administration building, Bridge Rd, Nowra. Ulladulla Visitor Information Services is available in person at the Civic Centre, Ulladulla on the Princes Highway.
