School holiday fun over the Easter break

School holiday activities are on offer across the Shoalhaven for kids looking for fun over the autumn break. 

Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre  

The indoor sports centre in Bomaderry has engaging activities for primary school-aged kids that spark creativity and movement. 

Half or full day sessions are available on Wednesday 16 April, Thursday 17 April and Wednesday 23 April, which include: 

  • jumping castles  
  • skill-building games and friendly matches
  • arts and crafts
  • interactive multi-ball screen which is a digital playground combining movement and gaming.

Shoalhaven libraries 

There are a range of events and activities on offer across all Council libraries in the Shoalhaven. 

The Sanctuary Point and Nowra libraries will be hosting a special Easter Storytime including stories, songs and time for the kids to decorate their own Easter treats.  

  • Nowra Library on Tuesday, 15 April at 11am  
  • Sanctuary Point Library on Thursday, 17 April at 10:30am. 

Bring the family along to take part in an Easter egg scavenger hunt and win special prizes.  

  • Ulladulla Library, Monday 14 to Thursday 17 April (all day) 
  • Nowra and Sanctuary Point Library, Wednesday 16 and Thursday 17 April (all day)

There are also great exhibitions on at the Shoalhaven Regional Gallery in Nowra or take in a swim at your local leisure centre in Ulladulla, Sussex Inlet, Vincentia, Nowra and Bomaderry.
