Temporary Interruption to Some Over the Counter Payment Services

Shoalhaven City Council wishes to advise residents and customers that over the counter payments will not be available at Nowra and Ulladulla Council admin centre counters and bereavement services on Thursday 1 and Friday 2 October, due to planned upgrades.
Customers are being encouraged to avoid any inconvenience in the temporary interruption to services by making over the counter payments on or before the Wednesday 30th September, or alternatively after Tuesday 6th October, at the conclusion of the October Long Weekend.
Online and over the phone credit card payments will be still be accepted during this time, and Council’s friendly customer service team will be able to help customers complete transactions using these methods if needed.
All other Council based transactions for Rates, Water and SCC generated Invoices via BPAY, Australia Post and online internet payments will still be available during these dates.
Council advises that there will be no impact to payments made through the Entertainment Centre, Library, Art Gallery, Aquatics, Animal Shelter, Waste Depots and Holiday Haven.
