On 28 March 2017, Council resolved to undertake a review of the building height controls in the southern part of the Ulladulla CBD that are currently mapped at 7.5 metres in Shoalhaven Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2014. The Study Area is generally bounded by St Vincent Street, Parson Street, Burrill Street South, Jubilee Avenue, Deering Street and the Princes Highway, Ulladulla.
A workshop was held on 31 July 2017 at the Ulladulla Civic Centre to discuss proposed height options and to obtain feedback from the Ulladulla Community on those options.
A copy of the Consultant’s presentation has been made available on Council’s website to provide a further opportunity for community involvement in the review process. Submissions on the proposed height options are invited until 5pm, 9 August 2017.
