About the project
This work will inform Council’s response to manage population growth, the delivery of new transport infrastructure, and the demand for new and different types of homes. It will also examine the infrastructure, jobs, shops and services required to support the future community.
Council’s previous work was completed in 1996 and set actions for the following 25-30 years. Many of the identified actions are complete and Council is now renewing the long-term land use planning for the next 25-30 years.
