How to book

Step 1.Find a venue on the booking platform

On the Bookable website, search for a venue. You can use the search filters to apply additional criteria to your search.

If you are planning on regularly hiring a venue, we recommend that you register for an account with the Bookable platform. If you are booking a one-off event like a wedding or party, you can complete the booking as a guest user.

Step 2.A staff member will process your booking request

Once Council reviews and confirms your booking, if any fees are required to be paid, you can then make payment.

Step 3.Your booking will be confirmed

Bookings will only be confirmed once all fees are paid and documentation has been uploaded checked by staff.

A confirmation email and text (if applicable) will be sent, finalising the booking.
