If a property owner has passed away, providing notification and supporting documents allows us to make changes to the account and support you with the management of the estate.
Important information
- only a property owner or Executor can discuss or make changes to property related accounts
- property-related accounts (rates, water and effluent) will continue to be issued per their regular cycle
- any concessions for the deceased will cease
- if there are any direct debits for the deceased, a separate direct debit cancellation request is required to cancel the direct debit
