Order an extra bin

Follow the steps below to order an extra bin or request a change to the number of bins at your property.

Important information

  • making a change to a waste or recycling service will result in an increase or decrease to the yearly rate charges for the property - check bin sizes and costs here
  • if you are changing to a larger red bin service, there is also an administration fee of $44.00 which we will contact you to pay prior to delivering your new bin

Please note: Changes to waste and recycling services may only be made by the owner, strata manager or managing agent of the property.

Steps to request

Before you start

Step 1.Check if you are eligible

You must be the property owner, strata manager or managing property agent in order to be eligible to complete this request.

If you are not eligible, you will need to request that the property owner, strata manager or managing property agent completes the request instead.

Step 2.Make a note of the bins you currently have

You will need to know the colour, size and total number of bins you currently have at your property.
