Household waste disposal vouchers are issued to eligible Shoalhaven ratepayers annually to assist with the disposal of excess household waste at recycling and waste depots.
Ratepayers receive two (2) household waste disposal vouchers and two (2) garden waste disposal vouchers with their rates notice in July. Click here to learn more about household and garden waste vouchers.
If you have lost your household waste disposal vouchers, complete this request to have your vouchers reissued by email.
Important information
- commercial, industrial or other non-residential land owners are not eligible for vouchers unless they were paying a domestic waste service when their annual rates notice was issued
- non-owner occupiers (renters) should contact their landlord to request the vouchers
