Before you start

Step 1.Read the terms and conditions

  • Ensure all details are correct before placing an application (i.e. certificate type, legal description (Lot and DP/SP number) of the land, property address, a valid email address). This email address will be used to send you the certificate
  • Council is unable to issue refunds for incorrectly entered information, duplicate applications, or for change of mind.
  • The contents of the eProperty platform (hereby referred to as "this website") (which includes downloadable material) are subject to copyright and are protected by laws in Australian and other countries through international treaties Shoalhaven City Council grants you a non-exclusive licence to produce the contents of this website in your web browser (and in cache file produced by your web browser) for the sole purpose of viewing the content.
  • Despite efforts made by Shoalhaven City Council to ensure that the provision of this Service is secure, you acknowledge that all electronic and telephonic data transfers are potentially susceptible to interception by others. We cannot, and do not, warrant that data transfers utilising this Service, or electronic mail transmitted to and from us, will not be monitored or read by others.
